Business Tax Preparation is a professional preparation and review process designed to prepare your return using financial information that can reasonably be relied upon.
Business Tax Preparation may include:
Review of the financial information needed to prepare your return
Preparation of your business tax return
Preparation-related follow-up questions, when needed
Internal quality review before release
Secure delivery through the client portal

E-filing after payment, client review, and signed authorization
Business Tax Preparation does not automatically include bookkeeping cleanup, catch-up work, full tax planning, payroll correction work, or unlimited advisory support unless those services are separately included in your engagement.
Strong financial records are the foundation of an accurate business tax return.
If your books are incomplete, behind, or inconsistent, additional work may be needed before preparation can begin. This may include bookkeeping cleanup, catch-up work, or accounting review.
Cleanup or accounting review may be recommended when:
Bank or credit card accounts have not been reconciled
Transactions are missing or improperly categorized
Payroll does not match the accounting records
Prior-year balances need correction
Loan or balance sheet accounts do not reconcile
Personal and business transactions have been mixed together
Financial statements are not reliable enough to support tax preparation
Cleanup addresses the records needed to prepare the return.
Business Tax Preparation uses those records to prepare and file the return correctly.
After the return is prepared, some business owners may also benefit from Monthly CPA Support to help keep the business organized going forward.
Business tax returns generally start at $750.
Your final investment depends on the complexity of your return and the condition of your financial records.

Business tax preparation clients are generally required to pay a deposit before preparation begins. The standard business tax return deposit is generally $500, unless different payment terms apply under a monthly service plan or other engagement arrangement.
